XIOSK (ZEE-osk) is privately held and was incorporated in September of 2004 for the sole purpose of developing the Destination Station. It is the company's vision to make the Destination Station a daily "Destination" within retail stores by providing consumers with on-the-go customized and localized purposeful information, merchandise, and offers. The company is headquartered in Morristown, NJ.

Nicholas Cavet
Chief Executive Officer
As the founder, CEO and driving force behind XIOSK and The Destination Station , Mr. Cavet has penetrated the NY convenience store industry securing pilots with Nice ‘N Easy convenience store chain. Further he has secured preliminary advertising commitments from Hershey, Kellogg's and Nestle to participate in the pilot launch of Destination Station.

Mr. Cavet is currently the founder of UNIQ Design, a web development company. In this capacity, Mr. Cavet has secured contracts with Rutgers University, Columbia University, Healthcare Finance Group and over 30 other companies. Mr. Cavet has a B.S. in Computer Science from James Madison University.

Stuart Goldstein
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Goldstein is a principal of Goldart Consulting Inc., a small business consulting firm that assists small to mid size businesses in various Strategic Planning operations including Finance and Marketing consulting, capital generation, bank loan procurement, Business Sale and Purchase advisory and business planning development, analysis and execution.

Previously, as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at SFX Entertainment , Mr. Goldstein helped analyze and complete over $3 billion in Merger and Acquisition activity including the acquisition of many of the industry's leading concert promoters such as Bill Graham Presents, PACE Entertainment, Don Law and David Falk Management.

Prior to this, Mr. Goldstein was the Manager of Strategic Planning in Corporate Marketing at Cablevision Systems , the country's fifth largest cable system operator and owner of several Entertainment assets including Madison Square Garden , Radio City Music Hall , the New York Knicks and Rangers , and the American Movie Classics and Bravo television channels.Mr. Goldstein received his M.B.A. from New York University, 1994, and a B.S.M. Tulane University , 1988

Thomas Murzenski
Chief Technology Officer

Currently, Mr. Murzenski serves as CTO for TechKnowSys, Inc. a software development company located in North Plainfield, NJ . Tom has led the development of numerous business and consumer software applications for the past 16 years. Prior to development of the Destination Station software, Mr. Murzenski has led the development of various Customer Relationship, Web-based content, and Sales Management software for several well-known corporations: Penn Treaty American Corporation, Bristol-Myers Squibb, the Association of Clinical Research Organizations, US Air Force, Sodexho Marriott, the NJ Guaranty Association.

Since 1999, Tom has been an entrepreneur bringing a strong business sense to his projects. He has a keen ability to structure software to enhance usability. Simplicity, elegance and clarity are hallmarks of Tom's work, both in the code that nobody ever sees and in the screens that thousands of users see every day.

Paul Corvino
Mr. Corvino was Senior Vice President and General Manager for America Online (AOL) where he was responsible for the Advertising and E-commerce divisions including AOL, Netscape, Digital Cities, Mapquest and Moviefone. His responsibilities included sales, marketing, strategy, operations and finance with full P&L accountability. During Paul's time at AOL sales grew from $135M in 1998 to over $2B in 2001, representing the greatest sales growth in the history of media and was listed by Sales and Marketing Magazine as the best media sales organization in America .

In a three year period at Cablevision, he helped create a competitive sales culture for this twenty-five year old cable monopoly and sales increased in revenue by almost $100M. He also headed the sales launch of Cablevision's online and telephony products. Over a fourteen year period at The New York Times, his positions included from Ad sales rep, Sales Manager, Advertising Director and finally Managing Director with departmental P&L responsibility. Sales in both volume and revenue rose every year to meet goals during his tenure, making The New York Times the nation's leading newspaper in advertising revenues.

He currently owns and operates RCN Holdings, a company that owns and manages residential, commercial and hotel properties and has ownership investments and participation in media/entertainment companies, including Smashing Pictures and Channel M. He holds a board of director position with The Guardian Angels (a non-for- profit charitable organization), is a venture partner at Plum Capital and is a seat owner and member of The New York Stock Exchange.

With 20 years experience in online and offline advertising and promotion, Ms. Sloan has created nearly 100 multi-channel campaigns for national and international marketers of consumer packaged goods, food & beverages, technology, and telecommunications including: AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Dole Foods, American Home Foods, Coty Cosmetics, Dos Equis, Pepsi, Durkee, French's, Phillips, Johnson & Johnson.
